How we use what you share with us.
What you send us
When you order, we use your name, email, phone and delivery address only to process, ship and support your order, and to send you a receipt. We never sell or share them, except with the carrier delivering your order.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We keep order records for our tax records.
To see, change or delete what we hold about you, just get in touch.
Visits to this website
We count visits to see which pages are useful and how people find us. We don't use cookies for this, and we don't keep your IP address. Each visit is linked to an anonymous code made from your device and internet connection, which changes every month.
If you send us a message or place an order, we can see the pages you looked at beforehand on that device, which helps us improve the site. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
